Human Resources Business Partner
Exciting opportunity to join our Global HR team as HRBP, partnering with Global Finance and key ECOM teams across regions to drive talent strategy, performance, and HR excellence.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the Global Finance Function as well as various support and commodity teams within the ECOM Group, positioned within the Global HR team and reporting to the Global HRBP. Serving as a strategic advisor, the HR Business Partner collaborates with Executive Committee members and senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, develop talent strategies, and advance HR initiatives and excellence across diverse regions. The position involves overseeing local HR teams and ensuring consistency with corporate HR policies and best practices while promoting high-performing, engaged, and future-ready teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Global Finance and other designated Function and Commodity leaders to understand business objectives, build aligned people strategies and provide seamless HR support in all areas.
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, talent and succession planning, and manage the related annual Group HR processes.
Act as a trusted partner and coach on engagement, communication, team effectiveness and change management.
Drive leadership development by supporting the identification and development of high-potential talent through structured programs, training, and mentoring.
Lead talent acquisition in the Switzerland and Dubai offices and provide support to local HR teams and head offices around the world.
Drive consistent implementation of global HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards, while adhering to relevant local regulations.
Manage international assignments and global mobility processes in collaboration with the Global Compensation and Benefits team.
Support the global compensation and bonus procedures by consolidating, analyzing, and communicating data.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the Group HR Database and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Lead or collaborate on Group HR and cross-functional projects and facilitate effective execution in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture across global teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this role, we will require someone proactive and highly adaptable who combines strategic thinking and stakeholder management with strong execution capability. Other key traits for this HR professional include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both effectively and autonomously and being a team player with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years HRBP experience in international or multi-business environments.
Strong knowledge of global HR practices, experience in Swiss HR and labor regulations an advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and HR operations and proven record in driving organizational change
Experience in supporting Finance and/or Commodity Trading functions.
Strong interpersonal, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate and influence across cultures and levels.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools and comfortable working with data and metrics.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and French. Spanish, Portuguese or any other language an asset
Willingness to travel internationally (10%).
