Treasury and Credit Risk Analyst

Based in Lausanne (Pully) and reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, we are looking for a Treasury & Credit Risk Analyst to support both our Treasury financing activities and Group Credit Risk function. In this role, you will help monitor and develop receivables financing and structured inventory financing solutions (including discounting, factoring, and repo‑based structures), ensuring strong oversight of exposures, liquidity, and working capital optimization.
You will support the Senior Treasury Manager with credit analysis, reporting, and the monitoring of counterparties across the Group. Working closely with global teams, you will contribute to accurate credit assessments, enhanced reporting dashboards, and the development of tools that strengthen risk management.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treasury Monitoring & Oversight
· Monitor treasury positions and exposures related to receivables financing, receivables discounting, factoring programs, and structured inventory financing solutions (including repo-based structures).
· Ensure robust tracking, control, and visibility of exposures linked to receivables and inventory financing activities.
· Maintain effective monitoring processes that support risk management, liquidity oversight, and Treasury governance.
Financing Structuring & Development
· Support the structuring, implementation, and expansion of receivables financing and structured inventory financing facilities.
· Contribute to the optimization of financing capacity, liquidity, and working capital solutions across the organization.
· Collaborate with banking partners and internal teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and utilization of financing programs.
Reporting, Process Improvement & Data Management
· Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that monitor the performance and utilization of receivables and structured inventory financing programs.
· Enhance reporting frameworks, analytical tools, and Treasury decision making visibility.
Credit Risk Monitoring & Analysis
· Maintain, enhance, and streamline credit risk reports, dashboards, and KPIs to accurately reflect exposures at counterparty, country, and portfolio levels.
· Collaborate with credit stakeholders across offices to gather, consolidate, and challenge exposure information, ensuring all credit risks (AR, MTM, etc.) are appropriately reported and escalated when necessary.
· Perform credit risk analysis on an assigned portfolio of counterparties, assess transaction related risks, and propose risk mitigation solutions when needed.
· Automate the credit analysis process and strengthen daily portfolio surveillance activities.
· Manage and maintain the credit risk database in coordination with the Shared Services team.
· Assist the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc projects, such as new IT system implementation, system changes/testing, data centralization, and the definition of new risk metrics, scorecards, and KPIs.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or another quantitative discipline; a master’s degree (MFin/MSc) or a professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, ACT) is an asset.
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Trade Finance, Financial Data Analysis, Corporate Banking, or Commodity Trading finance functions.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau; additional analytical or technical skills (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python) are advantageous.
· Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and automate monitoring reports and dashboards.
· Experience collaborating with banking partners and/or cross‑functional finance teams is preferred.

· Ability to translate business requirements into scalable financial reporting and data‑driven insights.
· Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with banking partners and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability.
· Proven capability to enhance reporting frameworks and analytical tools to improve visibility and support decision‑making within Treasury.
· Proactive in identifying data issues or exceptions, driving remediation, and ensuring timely stakeholder updates.
· Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across Trading, Treasury, Risk, Operations, and with external banking counterparts to support program improvements and growth.
· Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
