The Role
As Finance Transformation Manager you will be accountable for planning and delivering the people, process and adoption activities required to successfully implement a global ERP and ERM/consolidation solution. The role focuses on the critical friction points between transactional data in the ERP and group-level reporting requirements, enabling process harmonisation, data readiness, cutover and sustained adoption across regions, entities and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated change management strategy covering communications, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, training, readiness and adoption measurement
- Define the change governance model, including roles, decision forums, escalation routes and rhythm of business of change activities.
- Lead “As-is” versus “To-Be” change impact assessments by process, role, entity and region
- Partner with senior leadership to align transformation objectives
- Act as a translator between IT and Finance, ensuring system design decisions reflect finance operating needs
- Plan and support end-to-end business testing and operational readiness
Skills & Experience:
The candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, change management or management consulting, with multi-country programmes. A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience. The candidate will have demonstratable experience in supporting full life cycle ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of finance process impacts. They will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to influence senior leaders and will have proven ability to design and deliver training.
